Could be that the site tries to display the site in the native language belonging to specific IP ranges. If the site then fails to recognise Shels IP address, or decide that it belongs to a range that it doesn't have a language for, then the code stalls. Must be a bug in that particular site, at

Jaume, i think what I meant to say is that it looks, to me, more like a renovation project than something abandoned. The laquer/finish of the two large chairs still looks rich and smooth, while the seats and the legs have marks of heavy use. Together it gives me the impression of recent activity.
