email might be junk
Does this mean I have an email client with a good taste filter
Might be nice, but unfortunately, my copy of Thunderbird doesn't think so.

I ordered a black Domke J-803 (nylon) and I was sent a black F-803
(canvas) by mistake. My immediate reaction was to send it back, but it's
sorta growing on me. The canvas is much better quality than I have
previously seen.
Ballistic nylon or canvas? What's your choice?

the canvas.
The differences between the two bags are the size of the main
compartment (13x4x9 inch for the F-803 vs 13.5x4.5x10 inch for the
J-803), a separate laptop pocket, and the fact that the J-803 has a

I tend to prefer Domke bags in black, but I'm not sure whether they
look tatty faster than the sand/khaki. I know the blue and green
canvas versions look 'used' very quickly compared to the black.

I have the F803 and use it when I'm carrying a modest kit. It's a
great bad. The F802 is the larger version. What I don't like about
this style of bag is that the opening is somewhat narrow and a
cumbersome to get SLRs in and out of.
What I'm looking
Most of the time I find myself working very well with Billingham L2
(two lens kit), Tamrac Superlight 5 (3-4 lens kit) or Domke F803
Satchel (2-3 lens kit, papers and other such stuff). Once in a while
I carry the Domke F6 (4-5 lens kit, one body).
But there are those times when none of
