as Mark said in one of his posts, there probably isn't a PDF to download of the book -- there certainly isn't a legitimate one anywhere.  The book was published in 1992 and never put into electronic form... If someone has a PDF they would have had to scan each page...  selections from the book

The review by "ValDon" that this thing quotes -is-real  I googled the quote, it looked familiar  - it was an Amazon customer that bought the book in 2012.   So it looks like they are trolling Amazon for stuff to grab. I have to say that after reading the first article about take down notice

IT's really awful because when you get to that first page they certainly have the rigth cover and the "review" might be real but something someone wrote when the book came out ... it was certainly reviewed and sold a few thousand copies within months . of course I didnt click the download..
