Optio WG-2 I like to use for delayed photo sequences, due to being
small, water resistant and so on. Whilst I can stop delayed shooting
before the sequence started by pressing Power button + menu, once camera

Anyone using this camera? What's good and/or bad about it? Target has
them on sale for $180. Good price or average?

That's twenty bucks less than Adorama and Amazon are selling it for,
sixty less than BH but then again it seems to be out of stock at BH.

Mine just arrived today. The camera feels solid, menu navigation is not too
difficult as it shares a family resemblance with other Pentax cameras. I am
still working on learning how to push the shutter button without moving the
whole camera; if I can master that, I think it will be a fun
Thanks, Christine, P J, and Stan. Looks like a fun camera and one I
should be able to use for my inspection work. Being waterproof, if I
drop it in a septic tank all I'll have to do is fish it out and hose it
off. ; }

I want this camera. Seriously, I'm going to start saving for it as

was inevitable, but I'm glad they're releasing it
relatively soon after the Q's introduction. I'm curious why it needs a
built-in shutter unit, though.

One model has GPS and the other doesn't. It actually correlates with
the color of the body, but I can't remember which is which.

I'd love to have it, but doubt that I ever will. For one thing, I
already have a Sigma APO 400/5.6 Macro in PK AF mount that works just
fine. For another, I also have the 1.7AF T/C, and it works just fine
with the Sigma.

BH price is $50 less than Adorama's but Adorama's mentions GPS
functionality and BH's doesn't. ???

I love my W60. The WG2 specs look great. The packaging of all those
goodies is mindbogglingly ugly.

My 50 1.4 has never been all that great. I got it cheap from KEH (I
think it was BGN rated) many years ago and rarely use it. The lens'
