I like the first one better, the second one loses too much sharpness.
Rather than taking out the noise with noise reduction, maybe you could
do it, at least in the sky by doing something with the colors. If you're

I'd do it in layers. The sky is the problem. Do a layer, work the noise
reduction in it to make the sky look good and then erase it where you
don't want noise reduction.
Conversely, you could probably use the magic wand to select the sky, and
work it separately, either as a new layer or just

Denoise a try. I was sort of desensitized to the noise after looking
at it for so long and seeing a vast improvement. Here's an additional
