Dave, I find the noise at 1600 about the same as my K10 at 800, and
that is with NR turned off in the camera. I plan on doing some testing
with the NR at each of the three settings for comparisons.
I did a comparison a few weeks ago with a D90 and the K10 at 1600 RAW
files and there was
