Christine, I don't think Chicago got very good service out of the Pentax Rep. Helix was terrible on Pentax stuff. Only Central Camera had anything. Out in the western suburbs, only one independent near Morton Arboretum had Pentax - PJ's Camera. I hope Calumet does better now with a new shop in
