I don't think Chicago got very good service out of the Pentax Rep.
Helix was terrible on Pentax stuff. Only Central Camera had anything.
Out in the western suburbs, only one independent near Morton Arboretum
had Pentax - PJ's Camera.
I hope Calumet does better now with a new shop in
a larger
format; I think I'd very much like it. Have you been to the Oak Brook shop?

That's not quite true, most were in trouble before they were crushed.
Those that aren't that give good service, treat their customers well and
stock items that the big boxes don't bother with, seem to do quite well.
