limited range
- moving it even a centimetre or so away from my ear means I can't hear the
caller too
well - admittedly I have limited range in that ear! However, once it's in the

I really like the SDM lenses, although I wish they were more reliable. My DA*
60-250 dis over 20,000 frames before it failed. Of course it should never fail
at that price, but it has served me well and helped earn a good amount of money.

True. I've gone months without using the DA* 50-135, and it's still fine. I
have three SDM lenses, and the 60-250 failure is my first.

I should second that. I've got electronic viewfinder for my Ricoh GXR
and although it's not showing correct colors, the rest is really nice.
It has additional property of having no ill effects on camera
batteries whereas manual focusing (with peaking assist) is easy.
