Seems to have worked well. You're quite a large customer - the hair even

Just set it up so the distance to the flat is the same as the distance
to your eye when you take its place.
At school they had a half mannequin, but

was its size and I used it a lot with a 50 mm lens on hiking. The size and
weight gave it a feeling of a solid metal construction.
I still own two MX bodies.
