I must say you are very observant &, Ralf, that is such a clever

I had to go to Catalina OS 10.15.4 to enable PhotoShop on the cloud and some
other software. I like the way it performs, but I can’t find any Epson driers
that work with my 850 Pro scanner and my 2880 printer. Epson offers them on
their site, but they don’t work. Does anyone know of a fix or

Hmm. I've got a couple of friends in my workshop group who run Macs on macOS
Catalina and have the Perfection V850 Pro scanner and Stylus Photo R2880
printer. Neither have reported any difficulties using them … They just
downloaded and installed the latest drivers from Epson and were up and
The problem you’ve encountered is why I plunked down $100 for a VueScan
license. But mine was a problem just with a scanner.
Others have said they prefer the Epson software. In my limited amateurish
experience I have always used been frustrated by it.

What a beauty.
If she won't drink from the water and there is no other drinking water
near then put it some distance away. Cats usually have place for eating

I don’t think Vuescan will help here. The computer doesn’t see the scanner or
printer. And I don’t think Vuescan runs on 16-bit OS. Epson and Apple will
eventually have a fix, but Id like to work now.

Not sure what you're talking about, Paul.

'00s when 64bit compatible hardware started to become available, and has now

Beautiful. You use that lens well.

Completely irrelevant Ralf. I’m trying to help Paul with his issue, which has
nothing to do with unavailable software for your ancient devices.
I tossed any device that the manufacturers won’t support properly years ago..
