I'd need to dive into it some more. There are "extras", but from what I can
see these have to be explicitly installed. Ideally we want something that
will try to install gssapi automatically, but not get upset if it fails.

I've kicked off a build using Python 3.8 for testing. That claims to

Better yet, use the 'custom' format when you're dumping the data, as it
allows for a lot more flexibility when loading. Plain dumps are normally

Both the pgAdmin and PostgreSQL repositories are failing because they're
trying to access a repo called "tricia", which is neither a Debian or
Ubuntu release codename. Try editing the repo config files for both, and
changing "tricia" to "bionic", which is the corresponding Ubuntu name.
Note that we don't support Linux Mint, so I can't guarantee that will work
(but it probably will).

pgAgent isn't designed to do this sort of thing I'm afraid. Given that you
can't use a shell script (or COPY), probably the best you could do is have
the query results be dumped into a table from which the users can query the

Probably due to the library differences in stretch vs. buster.
I would remove the existing pgAdmin packages with dpkg, then
edit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgadmin4.list and correct the URL (change
stretch to buster). Then do an apt get update before installing pgAdmin

Note that SSPI/GSSAPI will require that you're running pgAdmin in Desktop
mode. It will not work in Server mode (because the server will typically be
running under a different user account). There's a feature re

We currently build pgAdmin as a 32 bit application on Windows. This is
getting harder and harder as more of our dependencies are becoming 64bit
focussed or even 64bit only.
Does anyone actually require 32bit Windows support, or could we move to 64
bit?

I doubt it. The packages I pointed you to are completely written by

Python 2 has been unsupported for a few months now.
Does anyone object to dropping Python 2 support in pgAdmin? This primarily
affects our Python package - other installers and packages all use Python 3
I believe.

and if it finds a server listed in the registry doesn't exist, it'll
auto-add it (and store the ID so it doesn't duplicate it itself).

The webserver and developer servers for the pgAdmin project are going to
have OS upgrades this afternoon. There maybe some downtime as a result.
