the 32 bit PicoLisp works on ARM/Linux as it is implemented pretty much
in portable C. I haven't tried with Android though.

Android app. It's just a form that outputs what's in the textbox. I've
also been able to prove that database access calls work but I haven't
integrated it into this example.
