Hmm I just had a thought would putting a username and password on slimserver have affected the plugin? I know I have changed to much at once :) Upgraded to 6.3.1 Installed weathertime plugin Installed Wikiradio plugin Set a username and password on the slimserver splatted the index and redone it

Thanks for the reply. Must be something I am doing wrong :( Maybe its a combination of things. I recently changed my screen saver to the weathertime plugin so maybe its causing a conflict. Also rebooted everything and ended up with a different IP on the squeezebox. Its a great plugin btw I have

I'm finding that 1.7 is not running properly at all with the latest nightly 6.5 build. It appears a lot of the display methods (displayWidth & bytesPerColumn, for example) have moved from Slim::Player::Squeezebox2 to Slim::Display::Squeezebox2. When I try changing lines 2206 & 2207 from version

Possibly, although I'm quite sure SS isn't realy that active on the disk. Anyway, problem solved by updating SS to latest nigthly 6.5. Everything is running smooth now, so I guess it was a bug in SS (as my initial thought was, because the other prog acted the same) Thanks for all the help guys.

Hi bert1e I've just checked the script (although with SS 6.5b) and it seems to be fine. And no, the default port for CLI has not changed, as long as you haven't changed it in SlimServer. Are you sure you have written your player name correctly. (It's case sensitive btw) Hope this helps Felix -

The easiest way would to delete the Alien folder in Plugins. The slimserver-convert.conf and custom-types.conf files in the server folder should be replaced by a new install. Assuming the problem is related to versions, any idea how the wrong version got installed ? Did an upgrade fail ? -- b

I'm not sure what you mean by "it doesn't load in the player section" I don't have an XM id so I can only give general advice. Enabling logging with d_plugins and looking at the log will give some idea of what is happening when selecting a station and where XMRadio is failing. Although XMRadio
