Have you done anything special to hide the album and artist information
in the standard menus ?
When I configure the same title format in my setup, the standard menus
looks the same as your Custom Browse versions.
The logic in Custom Browse (and also in standard SBS as far as I can
see), is that

Do you have Windows Media Centre installed ? I've seen cases with Vista
where a WMC background process will take ownership of a Tuner card and
will refuse access to the card by other processes.
It is very strange that it takes another run of vlc to get things back
on track. Before running vlc di

Using 10.6.6 on an alu (2010) mac mini, I see mostly reliable power
management. Methinks 10.5.8 was a bit more reliable, though.

Does that apply to the 3GS as well, or is it safe to use on the 3GS?

Since you're recording sound OK - my guess is either the sound level is
set too low and so you hear hum when you put SB volume up. Another
possibility is that hum is coming from another source (i.e. mic socket
with no mic attached) being mixed into capture sounds.
Whatever the reason you have to

SHIT!!!
Looks like the FLAC library is not compiled for arm7, this is what's
causing the crash on all iPod touch 1G, 2G, iPhone 1 and 3G devices.
I'll try to fasttrack an update with Apple.
This is kind of a messy thing: You can't test the App Store builds
because they require an Apple signature
