I am delighted by the functionality of iPeng Playback. I have enjoyed
the ability to pause and restart mp3s but whenever I try it with BBC
iPlayer plugin it fails when using my iPhone 3Gs as the playback
device.
The BBC do not always put every programme on iPlayer Listen Again
immediately - there can be a delay of over 24 hours sometimes.
There have been a couple of times recently though where a programme is
available on iPlayer LA, but does not appear on the list via the plugin
- so is there a delay

But frankly I cannot think of any reason why the CLI would not

listen to NPR radio for a while. I am using a cron job to kill those
extra mplayer processes. Is there a better way, such as a patch to the

Some builds of mplayer for some distros don't terminate properly.
See this thread for a workaround where the plugin script kills any
leftover mplayer processes.

Hi, attached is a portion of the log file after putting the service in
debug this morning. You will notice I manually put the server to sleep
around 7:00am this morning. I would be happy to try the latest version
of the plugin once it becomes available.

good, I usually want to slow it down. There is Windows software that
will do this, but I don't suppose there's a way of doing it through a
