That version doesn't have libfaad.dll. You can get from here: http://www.rarewares.org/files/aac/libfaad2-2.7.zip. This is the version I used and it works (no need to rename it). But of course, none of this helps those with old hardware that needs transcoding support. We can only hope stream like
