notice so I had to redo it last night. Sourceforge indicate only 2
downloads are from Ireland.

In terms of streaming, things are a lot better with 2 min delay and 100
buffer fullness. Both live and listen again suffer occasional
re-buffering but far less than previously.
While trying to improve sync of metatdata with playing program I found
a BBC feed which provides details of the last 10 tracks played on a
station. This seems to be only actively used on Radio 1, Radio 1Xtra,
Radio 2, Radio 3 and 6Music.

However, 1st world problem I know, but the info about the song playing
is out of sync with the 3 mins delay. ie, you get the song info for the

buffer set at 100 seems to be very good with my duet in a sync group.

Near bottom of BBciPlayer menu "Listen Live - alt CDN". I've no idea
whether there is any streaming difference as there is no audio
Good result here running Windows 10 with a i5-4460 processor! When I use
BBCiPlayer for Radio 4 live, there is no start-up delay or rebuffering
when "Seconds to delay start live stream" is set to 2 mins, but there is
when set to 15 s. Many thanks, bpa.
1.5.2 running without issue from the office (poor internet connection)
through squeezelite on a Win7 laptop.
One thing I've noticed is that the metadata stops updating/changing
after an hour or so. Not really a problem and I'd also noticed it in
previous versions, but as the stream consistency

Yes. If you don't have many messages in the log about long packet
response times and your system/LAN isn't stressed by many TCP
connections

switched to R6 listening now for 4 mins, not a single glitch. Bit too
early to get too excited, but so far so very good.
