I am using a stupidely contrived ALSA config on squeezelite players and
it is locked to 16/44.1.
Squeezelite reports maxrate 44100, this works for audio files but not
for iPlayer.
Currently when I send an iplayer stream to a player, I hear a short
squeaky sound and then the machine crashes

I think it's clearer to say 1.4.10 doesn't work reliably on non ancient
versions of Windows. It worked absolutely perfectly for me on WHS v1
(which is Server 2003 / Win XP based).

In anticipation of Proms and more testing of Flac over DASH - I wanted
to make sure all users on the latest Flac supporting V1.5.4 version as
it is likely changes/fixes may be necessary
During development of Flac support for DASH, I created a number of
repo's. Some users are still using these
After a couple of tries, looks like isp2 have fixed the html5 issue and
LMS is back to normal!

Is there a way to manually 'extract' the URL syntax from a legacy BBC
Radio programme by playing it online (via a browser, not an app) and

This is a major disappointment a I used this more than anything else via
BPA's iPlayer plug-in.

iPlayer Extras is deceased, it is no more. The BBC removed the meta data
feeds it used.

iPlayer Extras has gone the way of all things. The Beeb have removed the
features it used.
The test release is for iPlayer, not iPlayer Extras. See the 1st post
