Unplugging the Touch and skipping from the Web UI gives the same result, the playing song pauses every time I wake the phone after having skipped. Ok, thanks for the details! I ran it standalone and WASAPI didn't work for me. Log says device is invalid. 24667 So I am not sure what the issue is. In my case I have my audio going through my DisplayPort interface to monitor. WASAPI doesn't work but Windows DirectSound does work and it sounds great to me. I don't know what is going on with WASAPI. [SlimDevices: Plugins] Slacker and Boom problem
Hello, I've been having a strange problem with my Boom for a while. I have a Squeezebox Classic, 2 Radios and Squeezeplay. They are all on the same network attached my the same local SqueezeServer. They all handle Slacker just fine. The Boom on the other hand can navigate the Slacker interface. I can see all of my personal stations and select something. The song loads correctly, tries to play and then stops after 5-20 seconds. Sometimes it will try again with another song. In any case, for the Boom only, Slacker isn't working for me. Has anyone else seen this? Is there anyway I can debug what is going on here? I am running LMS 7.9.1 - 1519287262 on Windows 10. The Boom is running firmware 57. Thanks. Hello, well, what can I say... suddenly it works. I used two different Spotify accounts on two different mobile phones and both played alright. I did not register any in the Spotty plugin. Still the first to connect was registered - I guess that is ok. I'll keep an eye on it, but for now it is working. Sorry for the trouble. You might need to use the Local Player plugin where Squeezelite then acts as a software player. Then you set up a Touch to use that player (Squeezelight). Then start a playlist from your android Spotify app, see to it that the screen of the phone goes dark, and now when the song plays you use the Touch's remote to skip to the next song and let play for a few seconds, and now when you wake up your phone's screen by using your fingerprint reader the currently playing song will pause within a second. Spotty v2.1.12 with helper v0.9.10 is on its way to you. This release hopefully fixes the issue many have seen where the Play/Pause button would become useless. Did you check the settings as the message says? Hmmm, that was pretty much it after I filtered for "spotty" in the log. Go to Settings/Advanced/Logging, reset the settings (in the dropdown at the top), check the "keep on reboot" box, enable logging for plugin.spotty, apply. What you've enabled is something like server.plugin. That's not what I'm looking for.
