Aha, neue Erkenntnis: Jetzt habe ich bei der funktionierenden DS713+ das Update 4 für DSM 6.1.3-15152 eingespielt (vorher war es Update 3). Und voila, dasselbe Problem, die erweiteren Einstellungen "Dateiarten" sehen jetzt abenfalls so aus wie bei der DS415+. Changelog tönt unverfänglich:
