You may have noticed that all tracks are added (musly_jukebox_addtracks), the sample is only used for musly_jukebox_setmusicstyle. This wasn't my idea, I implemented it like this because that's how the "official" CLI client works. As that program was written by the same person who wrote the library (and the original Master thesis ("Mirage - High-Performance Music Similarity Computation and Automatic Playlist Generation") it descended from), I assumed that he knew what he was doing ;-) That being said, you could of course experiment with larger values of MUSLY_MUSTYLENUMTRACKS, maybe with today's hardware, this isn't the optimal value anymore. A 404 means LMS has issued a http/GET and got a 404 back - so problem is either the destination server says the URL is invalid (and this is not the case as thew URLs work for me) or a something has intercepted the http/GET and faked a 404. If Privoxy is the issue - configuration change may all that is required. bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109826 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] ANNOUNCE: AirPlay Bridge = integrate AirPlay devices with LMS (squeeze2raop)
Salut Philippe! A warm thanks for your considerable work for the LMS community ! I have a rather simple setting: Running squeeze2raop v0.4.41.3 along with LMS 8.0.0 - 1594451286 on an High Sierra (10.13.6 (17G14019)) late 2009 iMac. One fully functional Squeezebox Boom and one Sonos One XL are Wi-Fi connected to a Technicolor ADSL Modem, as well as the iMac. No firewall on the iMac, Modem firewall settings to the lowest security. squeeze2raop does recognize the Sonos One SL, but that player never appears in LMS. Didn't know this was possible, so learned something new! p.s. No use case for me either. I use a program called "TuneFusion" (by the maker of dbpoweramp), that allows me to easily sync all or part of my music library on the fly to my iPhone/iPad (on the fly converting from FLAC to mp3 or aac). And to be honest I rarely do this, as I have Spotify and can simply select a few albums on my iphone app to download those for playback when not on internet/cell (e.g., the good old days of being on an airplane). *Home:* VBA 4TB (2.5) -or- rPi4B/pCP6.0/4TB>LMS 7.9.3>Transporter, Touch, Boom, Radio (all ethernet) *Cottage:* VBA 3TB (2.4) -or- rPi4B/pCP6.0/4TB>LMS 7.9.1>Touch>Benchmark DAC I, Boom, Radio w/Battery (ethernet, Radio WIFI) *Office:* Win10(64)>LMS 7.9.3>Squeezelite *The Wild: *rPi3B+/pCP4.0, hifiberry Dac+Pro, 4TB USB (LMS & Squeezelite) *Controllers:* iPhone11 & iPadAir2 (iPeng), CONTROLLER, or SqueezePlay 7.8 on Win10(64) *Files:* ripping: dbpa > FLAC; post-rip: mp3tag, PerfectTunes; Streaming: Spotify garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109624 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] BBCiPlayer V1.6 (and higher) & BBCiPlayerExtra 2.0 (and higher) Support
If possible please could you add the option to select 128Kbs DASH Live & On Demand streams in the BBCiPlayer v1.6 plugin? I listen almost exclusively to R3 and often have constant dropouts at 320kbs. I've spent a small fortune on MESH Wi-Fi to improve the connection throughout the house but in the far reaches of my estate the 320Kbs stream is still not reliable. And the 48kbps Lowest Bitrate option is a bit rough for my sensitive ears. Thanks for considering this request. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] LmsUpdate and LmsRepack - Synology 8.0.* packages
I'm running LMS 8.0 on a Synology DS418 (ARMv8). (Huge thanks to mherger and pinkdot for brilliant work on this.) The only issue I've found is that I can't create a playlist without a player available. It's been a while since I created playlists, and I'm not entirely sure whether this is an issue or a feature; but I would like to be able to create playlists without having a player running. Yes, I can just start Squeezeplay on the machine where I'm viewing the LMS web interface, and even turn the Squeezeplay player off in the palylist window, which allows me to create and save playlists. But if I close Squeezeplay so that there's no player at all, I can't add tracks or albums to the current playlist window. I'd be grateful to know whether this is expected behaviour, and, if it isn't, how to fix it. TIA, Diana. (PS I blame mherger for this: I'm making mixed playlists with local and Spotify content thanks to Michael's brilliant integration of Spotify with the Library. Respect!)
