I've downloaded Android Studio for windows and have downloaded the
'Code' from the code tab.
And am compiling it as I type (just for the experience really).

source and then build it. Then take the resulting APK file, copy it to
your phone and then install it?
If you want to publish it on Google Play you will need to pay about £15

Saw your post about getting Squeezer to sort players reported to LMS.
And went to github to see how it had been received.
Last mod was reported 2 years ago, so not sure if this will be
implemented as previous mod was 2 years before that (maybe we are due
another update soon then ???).

I've added another change to the previous one.
Now the previous and next buttons are enabled in the NowPlaying view
when using the spotify (or other streaming services) plugin.

I always wondered how the player drop down list was ordered, because it
wasn't alphabetically. I really wanted to be our kitchen player to be
number one.
So I renamed it to "1-Kitchen...". But that didn't bring it to the top
of the list.
Recently in another forum thread (about a squeezer
i think this app is quite dead or bleeding dry. if nikclayton still
reads this i have a feature request.
This app does not allow for the "extra" menu to be accessed.
ITs sad because this app is by far the best and easiest out there. and
its completely free.
Have been using this and liked it so far. However, with the recent
updates of Android and LMS, it is no longer as useful as before.

I've been using this app for couple months now purely as remote control
to LMS and does the job very nicely for my needs. Fast & good interface.
Only problem I've is on youtube plugin as search functions are not
working. But for free app, it's very impressive and worth a try.
Any chance Squeezer will support fixed volume? I generally use iPeng as
my controller but now also have an Android phone. Pippin made special
adjustments to iPeng to allow it to control devices that had their
volume fixed but still send the volume changes through.

I just tested with the latest update (1.2.4) and it is working now.
It was consistent with 2 stations (KPND and indie 103.1).
My collection played fine but these stations would not start.
Tried multiple devices. Official app worked fine.
Anyway, it works now.
