I was finally able to upgrade my system to SBS 7.41 and the plugin now
supports SBS 7.4x. The only real change was to the repo.xml file.

The new version supports changing the audio settings on the DENON
AVP/AVR during playback with the use of the native iPeng application. A
special set of iPeng player settings menus have been made for this
purpose.

Can you clear the server log, restart SBS and the look at the log and
see what errors are reported by DenonAvpControl plugin? I suspect
something is causing it to fail on load.

I resubmitted a version 1.7. It has a small enhancement to adjust the
Denon volume in .5 steps. It also removes an international settings
file that had errors that may have caused your problem.
Please try installing the 1.7 version.

Good question. The users can try modifying line 173 of plugin.pm,
restart the server each time and give it a go. Perhaps it does and that

sorted under the P's because they are all proceeded with Play Tag:.

For those that are interested the plugin has been updated to Version
2.0. It should be available via an update from LMS.
Major change is the addition of a setting to put a delay in the
QuickStart selection after turning the unit on.

I tried my SBT and all I can say is that it is a bit weird. There are
two options:
1. Regular
2 100% Fixed
You might try to set Debug On in LMS and see what the volume adjust is
sending. It will log the value just before that error.
My guess is your device sends over a different volume adjustment than
what was coded for.

iPeng definitely works with the player 100% fixed volume and the plugin.
He made a specific change for that. The player menu itself won't work
and also I cannot use Squeezer on my Android either. The web browser
should work though as I use that all the time.

As SamY states the plugin does not compensate for the double reduction
going on when both the receiver and the player are reducing the volume.
I am not sure I ever considered trying to match the outputs.
I did run three experiments:
* Version 4.1 with the player set to 100%
* Version 4.1 with
