The taiwan-cns11643-fonts package contains TrueType fonts designed by the
Taiwanese Ministry of Education, created to be
-Sung-Ext-B, containing
characters from Unicode's Supplementary Ideographic Plane; and TW-Sung-Plus,
containing characters in the Private Use Plane.
The license of these fonts allows them to be used/modified/redistributed
in accordance with CC-BY-4.0.

I've imported this with two changes. First, it needs the tk module
instead of tcl, and MODTK_BUILD_DEPENDS in BUILD_DEPENDS, because tk is
what contains wish. Second, I changed the version number from the date
to the version number in git log. Since this commit is later than the
latest version (2.0.11), but the new commit is worth keeping (corrected
license text), I gave it the number 2.0.11.20190327.

upsd hasn't had any updates since it was imported nearly 20 years ago.
No homepage or master_sites either, and packages aren't built due to
restrictive PERMIT_*.
It doesn't seem sensible to keep this around, if apcupsd (for example)
serves the same purpose without the issues.
