I’ve tried several approaches to get this to work, but no luck. They have a
service they call “Mailing Lists”, which would allow me to send one message and
have it sent to everyone on the list, so that sounded promising. I worked out a
script to sync the subscription status on my server with the Mailgun lists, but
tried sending a few test messages. Turns out that they wipe out all existing
header information, and replace it with their own, which would totally break
the archives, since the Message-Id: header is key to threading. It also strips
the Reply-To: header, making it impossible to reply to the list automatically.

So we’re back to me sending the mail directly from my server. Apologies to all
whose ISPs block me.

Your account is set to receive your own posts, so I assume that it is something
in the email client of Office 365 that needs to be changed to make your own
posts show up. Some clients see the reply as a dupe (since it’s in your Sent

OK, before anyone starts quibbling over this: I meant 210 *postings* per month,
which, sent to 475 subscribers, makes 99,750 total email messages sent: just
below the 100K threshold.

It’s a monthly limit on the number of messages. And as Ted pointed
out, each post gets sent to each subscriber: 475 as of last May,

Help me out with that math on the above.  280 emails in May...that
