If you want it to do it in the Print Preview, without messing about with Gerbers, do the following: 1). On an unused mechanical layer, create a fill that covers the entire PCB design. 2). Create a Print preview, as per normal. 3). Choose Full Colour for your print. 4). In the preferences click
