I'm not sure if it's appropriate for you, but my quickest way to find out what
track I'm on, is to use a combination of control ; and control p, mixed with
shift s. That way, I can quickly go down the list of tracks, and solo each one
as I go.

You need to install the iLok drivers, by going to downloads on the ilok.com
page. Also, from the Digidesign folder in your Applications folder, hit
software update, that'll help you update.

can still use more than one firewire devices. It doesn't matter which
