I'm currently undergoing an experiment of viewing lidar in GRASS. Its
completely doable and works well - I'm just trying to use all the correct
commands in the proper sequence. It ingests las files as well as ASCII.

plugin downgraded. I'm not 100% sure it was this upgrade - but
regardless this last one finished things breaking (if it started earlier).

For fun I built a brand new Win 7 VM 64 bit and installed and had the
same thing happen there also. Everything seems to be working except QGIS
- and like I said it starts - but not with the correct number of tools.

projection? In some cases we have to figure it out - so it coming in as
undefined is more helpful than inheriting an incorrect projection.
