I think I may have found it. It's trying to add the list owner as a
moderator, but I'm guessing that you aren't creating a moderated list.

I added a domain/postmaster password. I tried to login to qmailadmin
as postmaster for that domain nothing happened.

been tested as of yet. I am at the point now where I am just about to

The mail is delivered to the Gmail account, but not delivered to the
