When i changed these things i did:
cd /etc/tcprules.d
edited the tcp.smtp
Example of change 15 to 200 recipients/rcptlimit, note:everything on one

After reading that a few people successfully performed the
centos 4.2 - 4.3 upgrade, I decided to give it a try. Somehow my users
login information got lost or corrupt. Instead of wasting time trying to
figure out what exactly happened and why, I used Jakes restore script,
and within a few

I ran the download part again to be sure that everything was downloaded. Here

manually download them from the site. On the front page, bunch of green links. download them to /usr/src/qtms-install/such as:

Jake's script is downloading the src rpms to the qtms dir but they do not exist
in the RPMS dir that the install is referencing as seen by the errors in the
logs.

In that case, try this:
rpmbuild --rebuild --with cnt40

your going to have to rpm -e every toaster package installeddo a rpm -a |grep toasterthen rpm -e each packageStart over. My recommendation is to manually do it, that way to can see each error as they come up. the scripts just run right through it.
