In redhat/centos add the following line in your /etc/network file:
GATEWAYDEV=eth2
where eth2 is the interface that has de ip address that you want as
output ip adress. It could be a virtual interface as eth0:1.

I think that adding DKVERIFY= in the tcp.smtp won't work.
Just use this to totaly disable domain keys:
rm -f /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue; ln -s /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.orig
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue
If the problem is related which domain keys would be solved :)

I have a customer that sent a msg with a pic attachment to a domain
sbcglobal.net and the recieptient replied and the subject line contained
the word spam in it.
Also, comcast added me to a blocklist for spam.

You might try the loose blacklist from the (latest, 0.2.3-1.3.5)
qmailtoaster-plus package. It's been working nicely for me
25 and it just said it could
not open connection.
I tried it from the localhost on the server and it said x.x.x.x/port25:
Servname not supported for ai_socktype
I do have a blacklist.

Is your customer sending those emails using a mailing list, or by using
a bulk-mailer program? I would think that by using the mailing list
feature, you could at least eliminate the time that it takes the
customer to transmit that quantity of mail to the server
around to writing up a quick how-to on this subject on the
wiki, under Tips and Tricks for those that are interested.
