Yes, it work with SMTP AUTH.
The patch was not applied directly. I have to modify the patch manually
based on the given patch and create a new patch.

If you want to erase some mails from the queue, you can use qmHandle
(search for it in sf.net). Remember to stop qmail before any
operations on the queue.

It appears to be Courier-authlib that has the problem, based on the
trouble-shooting I'd done before rebuilding my FC5 server to CentOS
4.3. There was a patch mentioned late last week that apparently
corrects the issue.

Without this patch, MySQL 5 will kick vpopmail off pretty often.
