Nah, It's all the hot air released during the DNC. Especialy by Ted Kennedy, all that alcohol mixing with the methane generated by the BS produced a lot of green house gasses. The hot air sent it straight up to the jet stream. These weather patterns seemed to begin right after that. ;^)
