Hi!
With installation of all of the Qubes Windows 3.2.1.3 tools in my
Windows HVMs the display driver is working now but I've got the strange
effect that I cannot log in anymore as there is apparently (is there any
way to check it without logging i?) no keyboard input coming in (even

But couldn't I set it manually? Then Qubes should read from it that change
is introduced.

Apologies, this appears to be the shared RMRR problem discussed in
https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/1544
This is indeed in the FAQ, but I was thrown by the doc at
https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/user-faq/#i-created-a-usbvm-and-assigned-usb-controllers-to-it-now-the-usbvm-wont-boot
Thank you! I was just looking for this functionality and how to install it.

This is not spam, however this is against riseup's rules.
Riseup users are not supposed to invite people they don't know personally.
If it is only secure e-mail you need, and you are in an emergency, then
I'd recommend protonmail. For less secure needs, I'd recommend openmailbox.

I agree that asking random strangers for Riseup
I've upgraded my fedora-23 template to fedora-24 based on another thread here
since it's not official yet. It seems all packages to do with i3 including
dmenu are still fc23 packages? Why is that?
Additionally, with dmenu 4.5 that's packaged.. I haven't been able to change

Hello,
New version of Qubes Screenshot tool available.
https://github.com/evadogstar/qvm-screenshot-tool
If you do not know what is it: a tool to easy make screenshots and
upload them to the AppVM and to the web ( imgurl service ).
Changelog:
- Now, it's possible to re-open imgurl uploaded
The same issue for both GUI and qubes-dom0-update, even after a change of
UpdateVM.

Chris,
Thank you so much for the tip.
When I go to chrome://version/ I see:
/home/user/.config/google-chrome/Default
So it sounds like that's the problem?

It looks like Chrome is saving to:
/home/user/.config/google-chrome/Default
Could it be that each new VM instance appears to be a different computer,
therefore prompting confirmation of credentials?

What is the purpose of sys-firewall..?
I noticed that every App VM has its own "Firewall Rules" inside of VM Settings.
So therefore, what is the purpose of sys-firewall..?
Thanks

Have you tried using the grub boot menu to select another kernel
version? You can also adjust some kernel parameters there by pressing 'e'.
Does your x1 have an option for legacy boot instead of UEFI? That may
work better.

Simple question: Why are Ethernet and WiFi in sys-net..?
Is it
(A) Just for easy access to the same network for all App VMs..?
(B) Because this is isolating Ethernet and WiFi from the rest of the system, to
stop DMA attacks..?
It's not clear to me whether the VT-D protection is occurring
