SKS P55 or P60 would be my suggestion.

I believed in running 35mm tires on tours until I tried Schwalbe

I would think that the look of zip ties on an expensive rack on an expensive
bike would be the very worst reason for this method of attachment.

I built that stem myself, over 20 years ago. I was inspired by a combination
of bullmoose bars and Alex Moulton bicycles. Made for quite a light stem with
good triangulation...and a great conversation piece!
When I ordered the Bombadil, I sent the stem to Keven at Riv to get it painted

1. They are marked 10 1/2, but they fit my size 10 feet jes' fine.
2. They were NOS when I bought them (for $4.99 at Goodwill) but my less than
100 miles has marked them somewhat (see photos) so I will now let you have
them for $30 shipped Priority in CONUS.
The quick relase ones are fine for light loads but heavier loads (that would
mean a six pack of adult beverage) bounce around too much over bumps. Never
any accidents, but it freaks me out. Zip-tied would be better.

I have a Wald on a Nitto mini front rack on one bike and a Wald with

Zip ties must be considered temporary, as all things are, and therefore,
less aesthetic than the braze-ons of fully integrated bicycles, which must
be considered closer to the eternal, but on a continuum of connections, from
electrical tape (of which I once was proud, and renewed when necessary)
Now, that's the spirit!
