It really depends on the terrain one rides weather a HSG would work
for an individual. A 24/44/48 and a 13-32 7sp FW or even a 12-32 8sp
cassette is very versatile. I believe Robert Beckman still prefers
this drivetrain on his Sakkit Touring bikes. . . which are designed
for on and off road.
I've always been fond of the original Stumpjumpers chainstay

totally bomber, like a handlebar clamp. It's not moving anywhere.
The only reason I'd go with the 2 is if I wanted to make 2 separate

that.. the benefit of LN is that it dries and stays somewhat flexible - but you
cannot use the tire for 3-4 days while it's fully curing or it'll just crack.

My road bikes are +/- 64cm, so these smaller MTBs are a stretch for
me, but the nice big ones (especially lugged) don't show up very
often. I still have half a mind to order up a custom 26 all-rounder
in my size. Someday...

Great marketing strategy and a very fair price as far as I'm
concerned. Bleriots are great rides. I love mine but soon we will part

Thought I'd resurrect this posting. I just got my new 38mm Racers
yesterday. Put 'em on the Hillborne and did a loop with dirt and
pavement today . For the last 3 weeks I've been riding 35mm Pasela
TG's. I feel the Racers roll better on the Pavement. I felt much
faster of course I' don't have
