Michael H. mentioned that fenders can get in the way of most roof racks,
and he's right. There are products one can buy that raise up the front of
the bike, but I've found that they are really expensive (for what they are)
and they don't seem to hold the bike that securely -- it seems like the

Last year I bought my wife the Betty demo bike as they were going out of
production. Of course it came as a complete package, including fenders.
When I put it together, it took me a long time to get the fenders to fit
around the 40 mm tires. Today I pulled the bike out of the basement for
Bloom with a small amount of water and Stir more for sweeter coffee. Also get a
bean that's been roasted less.

First completely recreational weekend ride in to long, felt great. The
