Shimano makes the perfect steering lock but usually distributes them only
to OEM's. I believe Niagara Cycles has these. SEE HERE

After realizing that I do not like the moustache handlebars, I changed up
my Bombadil to what will be its final build for now. Albatross bars, full
micro shift derailleurs and shifters, triple crankm and a Brooks b67 added.

I have between what looks like 1-2cm clearance all around. Tightest are
under the sidepull brakes. That's the max I can get. Tires spin fine, no
