You are not a good candidate for tubeless, you have to replenish the goo every six months considering your use. A couple of tips. The new valve cores form Stan's (and others) work fricken excellent. $20 I know, but now no more getting tubeless goo all over trying to get it in the tyre.

The trail works great for me. We run 100, 200 and 300k rides on it during the year. The Ft Payne area features a canyon or you can climb Lookout Mtn. Or both. The TRED routes north of Rome and the Chickamagua battleground park are wonderful. GA is Full of bike routes plus the trail too.
