What this comes down to is: if you amble along -- and there is nothing wrong
with that -- you may not care about retention. If you pedal agressively,
fast or slow, you may want it. Certianly, I want it.
Plenty amblers cover more miles than I ever do; I top out at about 35, but I
ride them
, no probelms.
Would it be the frame? What else should I check?
I did some testing and the strain happens when my heel is moved outward
away from the bike creating a pidgeon toed riding stance. Could changing
the cleat angle help this out?
