We're using coolie caps for our installations at this point and of course
they are a very robust solution. We typically make them in house.
That said, Chemlink makes a product called DuraSil which is supposidly good
up to 400F and compatible with copper:

I was at an inspection yesterday and the inspector asked me if we were
installing Enphase inverters. I told him that we have not to date - we're
waiting for a couple of years of solid performance history.
Anyway, he mentioned that he had heard that a batch of already installed
for about five years and learned
among other things that Chinese produced product reliability can vary
drastically. We would purchase say maybe 5000 units from a manufacturer with
perfect results and then purchase 5000 more a year later with 50% failure
rate.
