Hi Glen,
I just called it on my mobile and spoke with Nicole at

Hi Dave,
I too have received a special telephone number, but when I call it, and
navigate to the off-grid support option, I am told that registered installers
can fill out a request online and Schneider will contact me… There is no longer
a menu to choose the installer support option on the
Hi Todd, There are reasons like parts availability and sourcing modules
from an outside vendor. Not as easy to keep a production line running
(building pcbs, soldering, wiring, sensors, etc) for a product that is not
a huge seller. They still have very good support and I think their HZLA is
hard
I use the mobile number that was given to me as an installer and press
the correct option. If you find out something else please tell us Glen or
Sandra. THX.

First time in about a year that I have had to use Schneider support - I find
that now the special number has no one answering it!?
I created a case online 5 days ago and received receipt of a case number -
do I now have to wait for my number to come up and for them to call me?
Anyone else
Hi :)
What I do for many of mine to eliminate the possible really
being off in winter is to remove the bolts and turn the array to the
morning setting you want. In winter you are rotating maybe 75 degrees from
the morning position. I set the elevation to shed snow and forget it until
early
Hi,
It seems to get confused on the azimuth or at least that's what's most
pronounced. I've looked at All Earth but it's a full assembly, not really a
retrofit using someone else's motors. I have worked with Kyle at Array
Technologies, and he's been great, but it's still having issues. I think
Mac, which mode is being confused elevation or azimuth. What have you
replaced and what does Jeff Grulic say of Wattsun?
The photo sensor I
like is the single axis. There really is little need to use the dual axis
for offgrid, in my opinion.

Most every industrial grade tracker run off of location and time,
calculates the required array angle. The core code for this is open
source out of NREL (your tax dollars at work). Still over my pay grade
to actually integrate this into a home made tracker.

Hey Mac,
AER (All Earth Renewables) trackers are a dual axis tracker that uses GPS
to follow the sun. We've had good luck with them.
Cheers,
Dave

Hi Wrenches,
Does anyone know of a non-sensor based tracker controller that can work
with a variety of tracker motors?
We don't do trackers much but we have a WattSun DuraTrak controller that
has never worked well, we've tried all sorts of tweaks. Its a tougher
location that a lot because there
