We recently began using the PVA-600 Solmetric with its wireless options.
I have found it to be a real timesaver for commercial commissioning. Testing
can be done from the rooftop, both V I without making a run to the
inverter(s) and waiting for generation (to measure each string's Imp).
Running
ASHRAE temp data as applicable to PV can be found (with some digging) on the
Solar ABCs website.

We have never placed modules over any vent pipes - if they cannot be
relocated, they will limit the available area for the array.

If you are talking about commercial flat roofs, we never use PVC - too much
expansion potential.
All our rooftop conduit runs here in the Albany, NY area are RMC of the
galvanized type, and of course, threaded.
There are standard plumbing supports with rollers, as well as standard

We have been using the AET RayPort on the last few jobs. Much like the
RapidRac in design, but made of stainless steel.
Goes together quickly. Looks good, easy grounding. Slight drawback is
walkability between rows is a little more tricky.

We have been using the Siemens line of disconnects. They are designed for
use on DC circuits, and are UL listed for this application.

further away from the roof deck the modules is, the less likely nesting is
to occur) in my experience.
