I am using several of the 3 ANT150F6-1 and 2 -2's along with 2 ant440f6, and
2 ant400f2's from telewave with great success since I have had nothing but
problems with the harness on the new db-224's.
The harness Im told have changed and are no longer made in the u.s. either

Yes, I like my folded dipole over many antennas also, but to have the
proper amount of electrical down tilt that I required, I would not see
getting created on the 224.
The sd213 is agood antenna but while I use a tx combiner with average of
300w cont the sd213 is only rated at I think 150w.
I also use these at DOD sites for hi and low temp alarms and intake and
exhaust fan triggers in the event that
the HVAC fails (or for fresh air) and the site monitor fails it then can
activate on its own. Out of all the sites we have none have failed as of
today.

Mark,
I have ran into that problem my self and well the
first thing is that..
when the radio is programmed you want to make sure
that the TOT was set to max or OFF and allow the controller to take control of
that function..of the TOT and second if those radios prob. a maxtrac, were
listening to streaming audio like the
policescan.us where would that fall into..under the Sec 37
Hey if you do listen make sure you have that
instant CLEAR reset button at hand.. J/K
