least one person will be adversely affected unless I change
repeater frequencies (AGAIN - long story) or he gets a

You shouldn't need to reduce the audio level going into the
controller. The RX audio level adjust pot on the
controller should allow you to adjust that level as low as
you need. You might want to go through the procedure for
setting audio levels (RX and TX) in the controller manual
I have a C3I audio connected to a Cat 300dx. As you increase the delay
there a hiss that is heard. If you turn the delay off, the hiss is
