My favorite is direct burial + shielded cat cable.
I've got some here that I've been using for controller to device hookups.
As well as the run from the house to the shed.
Shielded with 100% foil and a joke of a braid.
It is flooded with goo to keep the moisture out as well.
Nice stuff for the
Did you see annular heliax or a superflex variant?
The superflex varieties give more flex hence the name and should hold up
in a semi flex environment of a mobile.
Annular corrugation looks like the bellows of a shock absorber boot while
the superflex variants look like the threads of a screw.
I’m always looking for motorcycle radios.
Is your chp a cruiser or bike unit?

Probably a paypal E-CHECK rather than a paypal instant transfer.
Takes quite awhile sometimes.

I've sent an e-check before.
But that's because the purchase was over 2K u.s.
No instant transfer option on that one

Speaking of return loss bridges; I'm selling my service monitor.
A 60 watt option 8924c with a really nice return loss bridge.
Ebay item:

There's a ton of other stuff but that's the best buy in the bunch.
Thanks for the bandwidth.

Have you ever watched the movie the ninth gate?
Someone comes to a fellow with a massive lot of stuff.
Buys the choicest bits for a song because he told the fellow:
This other stuff is too expensive for me but you can sell it on ebay for a
premium price.

I use it quite a bit here too.
One caveat, even though it is superflex, there's only so much flexing it'll
do. Especially if the center conductor was nicked when installing the
connectors.

Sorry I can't help with the relay delay, but how about using the external
key line?
That way you take control away from the amp and give it to the controller?

Or just leave the relay energized all the time.
5. Place a SHORTED RCA plug into the RCA jack located on the rear of the
amplifier. This will
cause the transmit relay to energize when the amplifier power is switched
ON.

Not a bad thought, but D-Star has almost no hang-time compared to an
adjustable hang-time
I'm sure chuck was referring to portable radios with voting capability
rather than the repeater end of things.
As for it being popular, voting portables are very popular here. Not much
of a market share I'll grant you. But that's the way it goes I guess.

I think the OP was looking for the heat sink assembly that is used in an
M2 station of the vhf, continuous variety.
In order to put the amp boards, that the OP has already, into.
