client will be implementing a new Oracle EBS R12 based ERP for its
divisions based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The jobholder will be working in a
team of business analyst in implementing the ERP based solutions for the
business. He/ She will have to work with the project leadership to ensure
the integrity of the solution, its alignment with the business requirements
and successful deployment of the solution in a set time frame. The type of
activities the jobholder will be working on is requirement gathering, gap
analysis, solution design, solution build, rollout (Testing and post go
live support) and enhancements.

The consultants will be a subject matter expert in the finance modules of
Oracle EBS. The position also demands good knowledge of several
applications areas and the associated integration points.

Job requirement
* Masters/CPA or Bachelor degree in Business/Accountancy or IT
* Travel as required by the project ( 75% on an average if not based in
Kalamazoo )

Experience
* At least 5 + years of professional experience in Oracle EBS ( R11i  R12
) implementation and support
* Functional knowledge of ERP in the Finance area, other areas are a plus
* Technical knowledge of ERP in Finance, a plus
* Oracle knowledge on multi-national cross-country implementations is a
plus

Must have Competencies
* Oracle EBS experience ( R11i  R12 ) in a large distribution business
* Good understanding of the main business functions in large-scale
companies
