Hi all,
My RT is working like a charm, basically getting user/password from the
LDAP directory for Authentication.
The Security group want the RT to be running on HTTPS.
What do I need to configure for this to work?
Is there howto's on how to do this?

When the approver selects no Action and enters a note, the information
in the not does not get to the requestor of the original ticket. I guess
this workflow is not working

All the emails sent from RT must be (for testing purposes) sent from

Hi,
I need to test to make sure RT can sendmail to our exchange SMTP.
So I use mutt on the RT system to send mail.
The user on exchange receives the mail although the address of the
sender is :
