Fine, if you don't want to use a hard drive like a /real/ hard drive. It may require calls, but at least HDOS takes the right approach. The right approach is to write an entirely new DOS, and hang backwards compability. Unfortunately, that's not really the *practical* approach. Paul --

I saw SAMDOS, MasterDOS and PRODOS. Are there more of them? BDos, can be used with or without a Atom-interface and Harddisk and is freeware. QDOS doesn't support the hard-disk, but it cleans up your system and reports system status when you boot it. Handy if you need to switch from MasterDOS to
