doctors advocate high fibre/fruit diets etc., to avoid constipation, but
there are some people (me for one) who this has the dead opposite effect on.
I don't know what is in baking soda, but I do know that the body produces
bicarbonate of soda to neutralize the stomach acid when food leaves the

Hi all, can you tell me what Vit C to use as I am very wary of supplements
not being processed correctly. I have always used Ester C but I seem to
remember someone saying this was not as good as ascorbic acid, for some

me to use 4- 6 ounces twice a day, or Milk of magnesia, 1-2 tblasp twice a
day or every other day as need seems to dictate. Haven't had time yet

My two cats get CS in their drinking water at all times. Usually it is
